471 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using 471's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 471 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 471 as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The 471 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be closed immediately upon verification.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 471 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 471 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own failure to keep your password secure.
If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the 471 support team immediately so protective action can be taken. You are also advised to change your password regularly and never share your login credentials with anyone.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the 471 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that is illegal or contrary to applicable Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical systems.
- Spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information to other users.
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to exploit the betting or gaming systems.
- Engaging in fund transfers linked to money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
471 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for any user who violates any of the above rules, without prior notice and without liability to that user.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 471 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source registered in their own name.
Balance withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the 471 account. The withdrawal process requires full identity verification before approval. 471 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that fails to meet the required verification procedures.
Any transaction-related claims must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims raised after this period may not be considered. 471 also reserves the right to freeze account balances for investigation purposes where suspicious transaction activity is detected.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Temporary Suspension
471 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes where suspicious activity, third-party complaints, or potential breaches of these terms are identified. During the suspension period, the user will be unable to access the account, make deposits, or withdraw any balance.
Permanent Account Closure
471 reserves the right to permanently close a user's account without any refund if the user is found to have committed a serious breach of these terms, including fraud, money laundering, multiple account usage, or system hacking. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 471 support team. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Other Terms
Limitation of Liability
471 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses incurred by users arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or betting outcomes. 471's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total funds deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 471 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of 471 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from 471.
Third-Party Links
The 471 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 471 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Your access to third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
471 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. You are advised to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
